We provide digital marketing services for local service businesses, including Google Business Profile management, review management, automated lead response, content publishing, and related services as described in your selected plan.
Services are billed monthly in advance. All plans are month-to-month; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
If your Google Maps rankings, as measured by our monthly heatmap reports, do not improve within 90 days of onboarding, we will continue providing your plan's services at no charge until they do. This guarantee requires that you provide the access needed to perform the services and that your Google Business Profile remains in good standing with Google.
You agree to provide accurate business information and reasonable access to accounts required to perform services (such as your Google Business Profile, website, and social pages), and to respond to leads and booked appointments professionally.
Except as stated in the 90-Day Ranking Guarantee, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue. Search platforms change their algorithms and policies, which are outside our control.
Content we create for you (posts, articles, images) belongs to you upon payment. Our tools, systems, and processes remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
